"Great option for University City stay!"

Easy access and reasonably easy free parking. Close to grocery (Acme) and food (Asad's Chicken is not to be missed). House was comfortable - beds, bathrooms, and living areas. Note: There are a number of stairs (very common to Philly area housing).

"It’s a clean, comfortable property centrally located to universities."

The property was very stylish and clean. The three level property was ideal for our family of six. It was conveniently located near University of Pennsylvania and Drexel. Snacks available upon arrival. Staff very responsive to our needs during our stay.

Although not a part of the house design, a bathroom on the first floor would have been ideal.
