We follow a lean, self-service and no-frills hospitality model to keep stays affordable, with select amenities available on a pay-as-you-use basis. Alcohol, drugs, misconduct, non-payment, theft, vandalism or policy violations will lead to immediate eviction without refund and possible permanent blacklisting. Outside food is strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises. Our cafe serves vegetarian food with a self-service culture and operates from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00 (timings may vary). Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones within the premises. For group bookings of 2 or more guests, same-dorm accommodation is not guaranteed as room allocation is automated and subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Visitors are allowed only in common areas between 09:00 and 21:00 and are not permitted inside rooms. Female dorms are strictly for female guests only. Local IDs are accepted. No parking is available at the property, but it is available 200 metres from the property (paid). Silent hours are observed daily from 22:00 to 08:00. The Hosteller is a backpacker hostel chain for young travellers and does not permit guests under 18 years of age, even with legal guardians. The property is pet-friendly, and we allow pets only in private rooms (not dorms). Any damages are attributable to the pet owners. Please note that between 11:00 and 14:00, the air conditioning will be unavailable in the dormitory rooms, and between 04:00 and 07:00, it will be unavailable in the common areas.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
