"Stylish and Greta location with caveats"

Location is great. The overall design of the place is wicked with a cool 70s “mad men” feel to it.

A little small but ok. It’s in the same level as the elevator motor so you hear it quite clearly every time one of the other tenants use the elevator. Balcony is almost non existent

"Nice 3 nights in the cozy apartment with great views"

A wonderful and very cozy apartment. We enjoyed our stay from the first moment. The owner was very nice and helpful! The mattresses on both the bed and the sofa in the living room were extremely comfortable — it seems there is a memory foam topper, which made a big difference. With my sensitive back, I slept perfectly. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom even had cotton pads and swabs, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything is thoughtfully arranged. The small balcony offers a panoramic view of the city — truly beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend this apartment. Thank you the owner for this attention to details!

I wanted to like this place more but as noted below didn’t quite live up to expectations.

The suite is quite tiny and dark. There is a huge unnecessary table in the living room which takes up way too much space. Faucet for the sink is loose and needs to be seated. There is no roof top deck just a narrow walkway.

Great location, comfortable and bright, very well equipped and tastefuly decorated. Creating a homely atmosphere.

Bathroom size may create issues for larger people. For us that was manageable.
