"Amazing!!!!"

We came to our room and noticed that the toilet was clogged. I called the owner and she was incredibly sweet! She called the plumber right away and send us to another room which was way bigger without charge. There were cookies and water bottles and even new towels! It was amazing, the bed slept great and the airconditioning was working really well. Loved it! The location was amazing, Genova was beautiful. When you walk out of the room you’re in the heart of Genova. The food was great and the vibes were good. Had a great stay!
