Casa spaziosa e fresca. Possibilità di parcheggiare la propria auto davanti casa o di usufruire del parcheggio a 30mt dall'abitazione.

Appartamento non pulito bene: scarico della doccia non commentabile. Infissi e suppellettili sporchi, ricchi di ragnatele con relativi "inquilini". Giardino totalmente trascurato tra erbacce, stracci, sporcizia varia, biciclette ammassate, pieno di forasacchi pericolosi per chi, come me, ha un cane; utilizzato di fatto solo per accedere alla lavanderia, sporca pure quella. Situato in strada rumorosissima sia di giorno che di notte per cui è stato piuttosto difficile anche riposare.

Centrale in Pesaro. Easy to get to. Carpark infront of the house

As most older houses it was very hot inside. We had fans to help get the air flowing. An A/C would be helpful
