Dolce Vita Apartment in Perugia

The appartment is really nice and cosy, on great place right in the city center of Perugia, so you can walk everywhere easily and quickly. Although situated in city center appartment is very quiet. Parking is available in nearby parking house, but costs 20 EUR per day. There is nice and well eqiupped kitchen. I would really recomend the place especially for the price.

I am not fan of electronic keys and there will be one waiting for you. You will be asked to fill the form ahead so you can get acces to the house. I would prefer the old fashioned key, because I was allways affraid if I have my phone charged enough, etc, but we could live with this aswell. But anything that influenced our stay in negative way...

Location was convenient, close to the center and with a parking space near by. Host always responded immediately upon our request. Internet connection was fast.

Apartment looks much better in photos and quite a few basic things are missing eg a furniture in the bedroom to leave some stuff on it, or inside it, since there are only two very small tables by the bed. There could be more kitchen utilities .TV is old fashioned. No air condition. Next door there are two small dogs barking with no reason whatsoever. We communicated with our host, who spoke to their owner, situation improved but not resolved. Fortunately nights were quiet.

Great location, swift replies from host, nice apartment

Apartment located in the historic center of Perugia, just a 2-minute walk from Pozzo Etrusco and the University for Foreigners of Perugia. The apartment is very clean (looks exactly like in the photos) equipped with all comforts and check-in is done very easily electronically. If you have luggage, you can also use the elevator. Dante was an exemplary host, kind, and provided a lot of interesting information. I highly recommend it with full confidence!

The apartment is in a superb location. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, light and bright, had all that you required and a very comfortable bed. The host was beyond helpful, very informative, prompt response to any queries, I can't recommend this apartment enough, you will not be disappointed
