A/C in our room was not cooling properly

Very nice staff. When we arrived, we were given a very warm welcome. Our girls even received a bracelet from Ali. When we wanted to leave in the morning after our overnight stay, our car wouldn't start. Ali was very helpful and was with us the whole day and helped us a lot with phone calls or when the mechanic was there with translations etc. We are very grateful to him. He even showed us the palm grove when we had to change. Many thanks again to Ali!

Very beautiful place near the Todgha Canyon. Nice people. The whole hotel gives a kind of French chateau vibe. Ali even gave us a nice breakfast package when we told him we planned on leaving before breakfast time. Great gesture, thanks Ali!

You have to shower in bath with the shower in your hand.

Great location, close to the gorges and 300m from the palm grove. Ali makes you feel welcome

The pool was unfortunately not available due to recent rains apparently. It was a low light for us as the kids were really looking forward to a dip. Call the property to check before you stay

Room was very clean. Food was good

The terrace was not fully available for outdoor eating or drinking. It would have been nice to relax in the terrace.
