Cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, spacious room, breakfast. I didn't have time to try the facilities (pools, wellness), but from the terrace the pools looked very clean, it's on a big area with sunbeds and sunshade. Car parking is inside the hotel property. Had all the necessary help from the hotel staff, luggage assistance, information etc. Breakfast was really good, true 5⭐ .

The location is in an undeveloped area, and I didn’t have time to check how to get to the nearest beach. I personally didn’t need it since we only stayed one night, but for those who are interested, it might be worth looking into.

Half board option very poor, has the same fixed menu (chicken and burgers) for 5 out of the 9 nights. 3 courses only for one of the nights outside of the buffer dining which was only open for 2 nights we stayed

They must work more on the room breakfast, I ordered a continental breakfast, it wasn’t continental and the amount was too little.. but other than this we loved everything else

The hotel seems fairly recent. It is located close to the sea. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice, but croissants and sometimes bread are not fresh.

The hotel didn't take into account my request for a room on the top floor away from the elevators. I had to remind the receptionist that I wanted a quiet room on the top floor, but unfortunately the room was close to the elevators, whose machinery was very noisy. What's more, there was an event organized in a room on the first floor, whose music, especially the bass, was piped into the room. The hotel also had the good idea of setting up self-service coffee and tea tables directly opposite my room. For the price I paid, it's unacceptable to have so many inconveniences. The hotel is in an isolated location with no restaurants or shops around. There is a convenience store nearby, but it was closed. With no means of transport, we had to eat at the hotel, where prices were prohibitive for dishes that weren't very good. Many things need to be improved...
