Anlage sehr schön, Personal eigentlich freundlich, aber konnten viele Fragen, die wir hatten, nicht beantworten. Abendessen im Snack Restaurant war gut

Der Ort und die Lage. Das Frühstück ist viel zu teuer für das, was es ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Außenansicht, Lobby, Zimmer, Pools und Wasserrutschen sind top. Alles ist sauber und gut durchdacht (Fitness, Innenpool, Dampfbad, Sauna, Hamam). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell.

Das Einzige, was im Hotel ein Nachteil war: Ich konnte nur die Übernachtung buchen, ohne Frühstücks- oder Abendessenoption. Auch vor Ort im Hotel konnte ich kein Verpflegungspaket dazu buchen.

The room is large, spacious, wonderful sea view, excellent wi-fi, good air conditioning, 3 outdoor pools, one is really huge, nice sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a sauna and hammam, gym. The hotel is away from the city, suitable for a quiet holiday, don't expect for evening entertainment, there is none. The sea is 10 minutes walk.

The biggest disappointment is the open buffet. It seems that the chef does not like his job and does not live up to the level of such a hotel. There are very few tasty dishes, they are monotonous, often already cold there. The 4 days we were there, the food was as Turkish as possible: fried eggs with sucuk, sucuk separately, boreks, sausages fried in ketcup, many turkish meze. Menemen was horribly sour and one time kisir was like 1 week old. There are no real juices and don't expect much variety in fruit either. One evening there was only one bread option to choose from... The coffee machine is turned off for dinner, it served only for breakfast. The staff were not so much helpful there carring mostly for cleaning the tables. You can also put names next to dishes for guest convenience. When we first entered our room, the dust on the furniture was very obvious. After two days, they only took out the trash and replaced the towels, on the third day they changed the linen and towels, but there was paper left under the sink, meaning no one cleaned there. The staff is friendly, young, but we didn't feel any Turkish hospitality here at all, we were never smiled at, except at the reception when checking in. I didn't understand why the fountain in the children's pool worked at night, it created unnecessary noise from the water, personally it prevented me from sleeping. It would also be great if check out would be extend to 12:00, because 11:00 is early. The hall is stuffy and hot, for some reason there is no air conditioning or it works very poorly.

Отель хороший, номера чистые, большие. Нам при заселении бесплатно подняли класс номера, было очень приятно) Персонал отеля доброжелательный, но на английской языке говорят только на ресепшене и в лобби-баре, это, конечно, не очень удобно! Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные. И поскольку больше всего гостей в отеле в выходные, к выходным ассортимент увеличивается, а хотелось бы чтобы так было всегда!Бассейн олимпийский! Большой, хороший, чистый и глубокий! В спа-зоне тоже неплохие бассейны и сауна!

Отсутствие пляжа. Отель стоит от моря в 10 минутах ходьбы. Но при этом у отеля нет своего пляжа, платно лежаки тоже арендовать нельзя, так как все частная собственность местных жителей. Если вы заняли все таки лежак или просто зонтик, местные жители тут же просят Вас освободить его. Выходов со стороны моря у отеля тоже нет, приходится обходить через центральный вход. В общем отель не считает себя пляжным отелем, все рассчитано на пребывание исключительно у бассейна на территории отеля! Если бы появился хотя бы небольшой пляж у моря от отеля, минусов можно сказать больше бы не было!
