Good Location. Stayed in Premium Balcony room - Balcony face road side....not much to look at. All in room facilities were good and in working order. Very spacious bathroom.....much bigger than usual.

I asked the reception executive to Guide me to a nearby Pure Vegetarian restaurant and he said there was none nearby and that I should order from room service. This was a lie as there is a very good Pure Vegetarian restaurant named Shree Vishnu Palace just 2 minutes away across the main road. He should have shared the factual information and not misguided me.

Good location as it's at walking distance to bagmane tech park. Good spacious rooms.

Only little disappointed because of food quality. Need really lot of improvement. Rest everything is good

Location was really good and staff were friendly.

Overall, we had no major dislikes. However, our daughter is only 1.5 years old, and we usually request lukewarm milk for her from hotels, which they typically provide free of charge. This was the first hotel that charged us for it, but we understand that each hotel has its own policies. Also, room was a bit smaller than what we assumed.

I did not get my receipt via email despite being promised and despite re-confirming it a couple of days later
