Beautiful, clean and amazing location right on the beach

Three bedrooms and four bathrooms in a cozy, spacious, clean, and complete house for you to have the greatest time with friends and family.

If I knew how amazing this place was, I would have booked all days in here. There is NOTHING negative about this place.

The Villa is perfect. Properly laid out and close to the sea.

Very satisfied with the villa and the location.....was a little concerned initially that l had to park outside but it turned out fine...The cottage is tastefully put together ....l was not disappointed at all...quite pleased.

The lower chamber of the refrigerator was not cooling contents sufficiently .

This is a lovely villa a stone's throw away from a stunning and uncrowded beach (I actually had it to myself several times). There is a small public fishing beach around the corner with a couple of lively bar and eating options. Given how resort-centered so much of Jamaican tourism can be, it was nice to be able to support small businesses owned by locals. We also really appreciated having Althea's services: she's a great cook and we got to try home-cooked Jamaican dishes!

There aren't any grocery or convenience store options within walking distance, and the ones in the nearest town (Duncan) are closed Sunday, so definitely make sure to stock up. I also recommend a car so you can drive to Falmouth for shopping, the Martha Brae river for rafting, and the bioluminescent bay, all within around 20 minutes of the place.
