"Lovely homestay"

I felt very welcome coming here for the first time and now it's my favourite place to stay in Padang! I keep coming back :) The staff are incredible. Very friendly and helpful! The place is clean and also has great facilities. Thanks again guys :) <3

"No AC in dormitory"

Clean and nice.

I booked a bed in a dormitory room with AC, And no AC when i arrived in the room. The room is narrow, so the fan is totally useless. Also no opening for air circulation, the it is hotter in the room than outside. I went for an external shower, and not enough water to take a shower.

price, my mistake

We booked room with private bathroom, when we arrived, they told us, the room is occupied and if we are ok with another room, we said yes and got room without bathroom, shared toilet was ok, with manual flushing:) Our room was next to something like living room, where people connected to the hotel (staff?) stayed and they were talking and listening to music until 4.30am, when my husband told them to be silent, because we heard every word and everything and could not sleep - I spoke to them twice during the night that they are way to loud without any effect. In the room there was dust and hair on the floor and cobwebs on the walls. there was absolute basic facility in the room - beds and nightstand, no litter bin, chair, table.. shower is without roof, so if it is raining, all what you have in your shower cubicule gets wet...
