I wasn't staying there, as person at reception deliberately gave me the room without AC, and said that at discounted price this what they can provide, and he canceled the booking and asked to book at higher price

The only positive point is that the hotel is located very close to many of the embassies.

This place is a small setup with 6 or 7 rooms altogether on the first floor of a building. It is a bit difficult to locate as there are no signboards outside that identify the hotel (but this is not a serious concern!). The staff, though very nice people, are not at all professional. They have no clue how to run such a place. The power went off for more than two hours in the afternoon (in May, in Delhi summer!), and they did not have any backup. Apparently, the generator was not repaired in time. The power went off the next morning around 7 am. My visa appointment was at 08:30, and I had to leave at 08:00. They were not able to provide me breakfast because there was no electricity! According to the booking.com site, facilities included free toiletries, but nothing was provided, despite several requests. This place charges a high price and the service is worse than what you receive in lodges.

Location was excellent for the work that I had gone for. Outside property was excellent. Calm, clean and real nice place with health food available.
