DEthe location, the possiblity to check in late at night (keys in the box), very nice view - just next to the sea so you can enjoy sea view. it was warm in winter (although it required combination of heating devices across the flat)
We had a disappointing experience during our stay and ultimately had to ask Booking.com for assistance to leave - Unbearable Noise from Construction. On Saturday at 7 a.m., hammering and drilling started right behind the wall due to major construction in an adjacent abandoned building (gas installation). Notices were posted, so locals were aware of the situation, but the owners still rented out the apartment without informing us. When we raised the issue, they justified it by saying Greek law permits such activities for approximately 8 hours a day starting at 7 a.m., implying we had to accept it. No, it is NOT acceptable to be woken up at 7 a.m. during a holiday stay. We lost an entire day dealing with this and relocating—only made possible thanks to Booking.com's intervention. The owners didnt even apologize and instead responded in a passive-aggressive manner, claiming we were "ungrateful" because they allowed a late check-in and turned on the heating for us. Which i think is a normal thing in hospitality business? - Internet Issues: The Wi-Fi barely worked during our stay. While the owners insisted this was temporary, it was a significant inconvenience. - Outdated Interior: Although the apartment is nicely decorated, it’s in dire need of a full renovation. The furniture is old, and the kitchen appears to be from the 1980s, with drawers that don’t open and minimal equipment. The owners dismissed this feedback, suggesting a "normal cutting knife" is a matter of personal preference—NO, it's not; it's a basic necessity for the rented apartment - Bathroom and Storage:The bathroom is tiny, with no shelves for storage, While the location and view are highlights, the apartment screams for renovation. The owner's attitude and failure to provide essential information about the construction made the experience far worse than it needed to be. If these issues are addressed, the property could be wonderful

The bathroom was a bit rundown. It would be really nice if it could be reconstructed.
