"Bad service"

Location Near the train station

My car is a mid-sized vehicle and couldn't use the mechanical parking structure, so I had to use the designated outdoor parking lot. There was absolutely no mention of any parking restrictions during check-in. However, at check-out (11 AM), they suddenly informed me that I should have moved my car before 11 AM, otherwise I’d be charged. In the end, I had to pay the full-day parking fee of 270 KRW, and the hotel offered absolutely no support or compensation.
