The Appleleaf with Free Parking

Ideal location in Barton so we could spend the weekend visiting family. Lovely property with contemporary decor. All the facilities we needed, and nice location with a communal playground nearby for the kids.

All the main beds were excellent and super comfy. The sofa bed, however, was pretty uncomfortable, but bearable for a short stay. Not an issue for anyone only using the two double rooms and twin room though :)

Quiet location on a modern estate. Used buses to get around and a bus stop on the main road but only certain ones go nearby. Lots of other buses into the village and then about a 20 minute walk to the house.

The kitchen was modern and clean but would have been helpful to have washing up bowl, tea towels and oven gloves.

It was in a quiet area close to family for visiting. The house, especially the kitchen had everything you'd need. Very handy off road parking outside the property. Close to local amenities.

It wasn't made clear that the house is over 3 floors. The dark blue settee in the lounge was very firm & not very comfortable.

Lovely new build house on a quiet estate of new builds. Playground for kids, excellent parking, amazing view from windows of Humber Bridge and countryside. Quiet and comfortable with an excellent host.

Can't really fault it. Was perfect for what we needed. Few bits of expected wear and tear to decorations but it was all kept to a good standard.
