Iloilo Gateway Hotel and Suites

I love the silence in the 3rd floor.

They AC should be checked if properly functioning

Room size was good. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was too heavy for me.

Kettle plug did not fit socket. Shower drain was blocked. Flashing light on smoke alarm was bright & annoying. The roof terrace was closed. The gym was closed. The breakfast was filipino buffet, cold, no bread, juice, cereal, fruit. The room was not cleaned by 1pm. Very little staff available.

It was mostly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no hot water for shower or sink and we ran out of toilet paper in the evening. We tried to get some more from the front desk, but all they could provide was paper hand towels.

Location is near airport. Room is huge and nice. Decent breakfast.

- no shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels when we arrived - bathroom wasn’t cleaned well - no daily room service, towels weren’t replaced - bed was old and starting to crumble, pillows were yellow and old

location is good, food is good and staff are all welcoming and nice!
