"Average."

The building and the lobby is ok. The room is ok.

- the bed has sagged on the middle due to usage - the room smells like a septic tank maybe because of the on going reclamation on the sea around the area. - the pinned location on the booking.com app is different from the actual property location. - parking with fee of 350php per day - cant book and come instantly its not ready.

Everything is perfect! Only the condo that I stayed that have proper cooking essentials especially the pans! Very usable! Friendly staff and very accomodating. The service was superb! Comfy beddings and blankets! Bathroom essentials are complete! SO CLEANNNN!

The unit is clean. My mother and I stayed comfortably. They provide basic necessities. The host also is very accommodating and flexible. Ginawan talaga nila ng paraan yung mga last and alanganin na na request specifically sa extra na pax. I will surely book this property again!

Location

My stay here was very disappointing. The water heater was not working, leaving me cold and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I spent over 1.5 hours trying to collaborate with the host to fix the heater, all while being underdressed, but the issue remained unresolved. The host offered to send someone to fix it, but this was suggested at 11:30 PM, which was highly inconvenient—especially since I was staying alone. Additionally, the room had poor air quality with a strong chemical odor, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (it felt like there was plastic underneath), and the shower was inadequate. These issues significantly disrupted my stay and ruined my plans for the next day. The host did apologize and offered a partial refund, but this does not fully address the inconvenience I experienced. I would not recommend this property to others, especially to solo travelers seeking comfort and reliability.
