Villa Havana Hues Private Villa

The Villa is absolutely breathtaking, well kept and since we were the only guests at the time, so peaceful. The staff was extremely nice, specially Sachintha. He catered to our needs and was so helpful. Very pleasant as well. The food was also nice

I wish the toilet fittings and some parts in the room were refurbished. They are quite old and needs an update i think We stayed in the family suite and the white floor board was stained when we went there as well. Also some bed linen were stained. Other than that everything was nice

Очень красивый отель в кубинском стиле! Просто одна фотозона! Мы сделали очень много прекрасных фотографий. Нас было 4 человека, 2 взрослых и 2 детей. На вилле со спальней нам было места достаточно! Очень удобные кровати, чистое бельё и полотенца. Отдельно хочется отметить очень приветливый персонал! Всегда интересовались, все ли хорошо, предлагали помощь. Завтраки просто великолепные и сытные! Есть небольшие недочёты, кое где можно подремонтировать, но мы на это не обращали внимание! Наслаждались отдыхом и красотой! Очень зря, что некоторые гости ставят плохие оценки, это портит рейтинг отелю и многие из-за этого сюда не приедут! Нам всё очень понравилось! Спасибо большое ♥

Not clean, not maintained.

The exterior is amazing specially for the photo and reels lovers. A lot of places has been created for people to click pictures and save some memories.

It seems that all the focus in building the place is restricted to exteriors. The interior is pretty ordinary and not maintained at all. A lot of focus is needed to the interiors interms of wifi, cleanliness, good quality beds, washroom utilities, etc.

The Havana theme is unique and a very beautiful place for photos. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful, very friendly, and treated us well, providing all our requested items promptly.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, and the sink was clogged with rice from previous stays. There were cockroaches as well. The lights were flickering all night. There were not enough power points, and it was not cleaned well, with cobwebs.
