Very central location in Bergen

The apartment was clean , central and spacious .

Spartan is the word that comes to mind. It would not take much to make this a super apartment , c'mon guys put a bit of investment into your apartment ! Here are some tips: 1. A welcome pack with some tips of good local shops , cafes , places you like . 2. Buy good quality bedclothes and linens for the beds...don't be a cheapskate ! 3. Some books on the bookshelves 4 . Blinds on the windows and properly fitting curtains . 5 . Sort out that annoying night time metallic whirring noise (maybe an aircon fan) . 6 . Put a couple of rugs in the place . 7. Leave some coffee pods for the coffee machine 8. Leave some teabags , sugar and milk sachets . We enjoyed our stay as I'm ok with basic . But I know you can do better ...

Great location for exploring Bergen. Well equipped apartment with plenty of space. Parking nearby was useful.

Bergen has too much rain :)

Alex and Marie were very accommodating about giving me access earlier than was typical. That was very helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and had lots of dishes (though we didn't cook). Streamlined decor. Ground floor access was VERY helpful. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beds were very comfortable.

The living room had no overhead lighting, no lamp. The second bedroom was barely large enough for the bed, so no place for a suitcase, no closet at all, no place to put anything. In the evening and through the night, there was a consistent "drilling on metal" noise from somewhere outside. Short intermissions, but continuous throughout the night. We stayed two nights and the drilling began around 8 or 9 p.m. The owner couldn't tell me why this was happening.

Very clean and comfortable
