Elegant apartment with sea view

If this property is available on the dates you want to travel then book it immediately! We were blown away with this apartment and all it had to offer. Firstly the location is second to none, you are right above the main piazza, beautiful restaurant and the beach are just meters away! Secondly, the apartment itself was very well presented with comfortable beds and air conditioning in every room. We would book this place again without hesitation.

The washing machine in the apartment wasn’t working but credits for the laundry mat were offered instead.

Not sure what to expect but I was delightfully surprised by this gem of an apartment. Spacious and comfortable, it was a flat and easy walk from the station and overlooked the beach in the old town, as well as being very close to cafes and restaurants. You can see the train line as it is very close but really I didn’t notice it at night and had 3 night of very sound sleep. The apartment looked newly renovated and just as the photos suggest. Filippo was super helpful even when I arrived late after transport delays - including recommending some good places to eat - and very considerate carrying my luggage up some steep stairs. A nice touch too was the drying rack and the kitchen facilities were helpful if you want to eat in. I’d highly recommend this apartment.

Great location, great space, clean and comfortable.

We loved this property and I would absolutely stay here again if we ever came back. The apartment was clean, spacious and a joy to be in - I wish we stayed longer. We loved that we could keep the windows open and enjoy the fresh cool evening August air and could hear the waves from the beach steps away. We felt like we lived in Cinque Terre while staying the apartment which made it harder to leave. Our host was really kind, wanted to make sure we were satisfied and offered to assist with activities if we needed (renting a boat, vineyard tour with meal, etc.). Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Just be sure to select the proper amount of people who will be staying in the apartment when you book. I accidentally selected 3 but was traveling with 4. We settled the mistake immediately upon arrival but I can see how the host could think we were trying to get get over on him. He was a gentleman about it.

Great location and exceptional host! He offered a delicious bottle of wine after a minor hiccup at the timing of checkin.

Steep and smallish steps/ stairs to get up to apartment. Both my active and super cautious daughter (17 yo) and fit runner husband took a spill going down those steps wearing running/trail shoes (we hiked three segments of the CT trail). Be careful!

Beautifully done apartment, a pleasure to relax in, or overlook the energy of the city. Great location! Filippo, the friendly, helpful & communicative owner, was wonderful & professional at every step along the way. We had the pleasure of dining together & seeing his hillside winery views high above the waters of Monterosso al Mare. We look forward to visiting again soon!

It took us a couple minutes to understand the washing machine settings, but we figured it out. We're grateful to have refreshed all our clothes & have the sea breeze to quickly dry everything!

We loved our stay at Elegant apartment with a sea view. It is beautifully re-done and Filippo has put a lot of care into the interior and decor. It was very clean and exactly as pictures have detailed it. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Also, a super easy walk from the train station with luggage.

The train does run across the front of the apartment view. You can see this in the photos, the train was not super loud during the night but if you were a light sleeper you may want ear plugs. If you had an elderly traveller with you the stairs up to the apartment are steep.
