Comfortable and clean

Very noisy due to traffic on the street Missing some equipment like table , laundry machine , ironing board

This property is a scam. We booked months in advance for our stay. We arrived at the property only to find it unclean, covered in the filth of the previous guests. The bed was unmade with dirty, used sheets, there was the previous guests’ trash in the apartment, dirty towels stacked on the living room table, dirty, unvacuumed floors, and the sheets for the sofa bed were stacked on the floor of the closet. We were told that someone would be by in 5 minutes to clean the mess, so we told the owner we would wait. It was a lie. After waiting for nearly an hour, we contacted the owner again. Then he said that the cleaner was an hour away, not 5 minutes. Having understood that the “cleaner” would never really come as it was already 8:30pm on a Friday night, we were forced to find another place to stay on our trip. The owner agreed to cancel our stay and refund us. To date we have not been refunded. Booking has been no help in resolving this matter either.

Lived staying in Quincy and just 30 minutes by subway to downtown Boston. Enjoyed walking around Quincy South and to Avalon and USS Salem.

A little traffic noise occasionally but bot late at night. A short but steep set of stairs to the apartment.

It was peaceful

Everything was exactly like the pictures, it was very clean and comfortable the host responded back very quick which is most certainly a plus i would definitely stay again thank you so much
