Check out times due to flight delay there was no conserdation to extended saty by 2 hours as mentioned 11am check out stayed 3 nights

We booked hotel and there was no wifi amenities in room, we also complained about it , no measures were taken , so much disppointed about the stay, we couldn't even enjoy the stay
