Loboc Nipa Huts Cottages Rental

So you need to know and prepare for what you are getting - it will be hot during the night as no AC (just half working fan), it's a minimal stay so be ready for it. Bathroom+ toilet were clean, cold water only. You pay relatively low and therefore get what you get. Place was beautiful though, you will need a scooter/ car for sure!

Fan was a bit broken and hard to adjust Room super small. They need to add mosquito net to the rooms (missing)

Perfect position, located in front of the River and in Nature. You can spend sometimes Just relaxing or ask for activities. Just rent a motorbike to Explore the area and the North if you get a chance (Rice terraces, waterfalls) etc. You can eat here having good local dishes well prepared from the owner and cheaper than others places. If you want to treat yourself you May want to try the firefly cottages that Is very close:theyr food Is healthy and tasty. Rooms are clean (as much as they can) At night It Is nice to hear sounds of the forest

If you want to spend some time here you already know that It Is gonna be basic cause you want an experience like that and can not complain about obvious things that you can not have here. Im Just telling you that It Is worth It and i am gonna list a few things they can improve: bathroom/shower and a Lil more option for breakfast, like fruits to choose. The big boats from the River can disturb you during lunch time but thats not owner's fault(i was Always out at that time of the day, all other hours that i spent here were very peaceful

Very secluded and calm. Nice owners, ready to help you with everything you need.

The location next to the river and the overall landscape are superb. The huts are a bit tight, but comfortable enough to sleep.

The cleanliness of the shared bathrooms could be improved.

Far from national road, bumpy road

Staff is friendly and Rooms are clean. Loboc ricer is very nice and we highly recommend the firefly watching

Its quite, simple and relaxing. River was lovely.

The pizza was sweet.

Location is great right on the Loboc river. Food is simple Filipino style meals. Always drinking water available. A small hygiene kit would be nice with small soap and shampoo for washing. Bed was comfortable. The host helped me arrange a motorcycle for hire and transport and the staff were friendly and helpful and arranged a river tour for us.
