I paid and then I was ghosted... they stole my money then refused to give me the key and ran off with my money... I complained to Booking.com and they said I would get a refund but it never came... They gave my a load of complicated paperwork to some how get a voucher but this was incredibly complicated. Thief... do not use

CDThe host was the worst communicator ever! Booked the place and called to ask if it was ready . The host agreed and asked me to send the payment before getting the access key code . I arrived there and everything was messy from the previous guest . Broken wine bottle on the floor , dirty bedsheet , Electricity bipping . The host told me someone will come clean in 20 minutes but I waited 2h30 and she stopped picking my calls but when I asked the security guy to call her , she picked him. So she was just avoiding my calls. And all that without a simple apology for dishonesty. Telling me the place was ready and make the payment while it was not . I don’t recommend her at all .

Poor communication from host (doesn't pick calls). Issued with used soap. Had to beg for wifi password and electricity tokens.
