Think twice before booking this property. I arrived here with my elderly parents and there was literally just one old lady to carry the luggage. From the inside, the property is not well-lit and feels very unsafe. Being new to town, the very first priority for any host is to make their guests feel welcome but they have absolutely failed at this. When I complained about this, I was being called "arrogant" by Mr. Vikas and he kept arguing instead of acknowledging it. I didn't stay a minute further. I had to face major inconveniences because of this. Apparently, they are new to this industry but Mr. Vikas, being Indian we all have learnt how to greet our guests even at our homes. Highly disappointing.

It truly felt like home! The rooms were clean and spacious, with plenty of space for parking, sunbathing, or even your pets. I can’t recall the caretaker’s name, but he was exceptional—leaving no room for complaints. The owner added a special touch to my stay with a delightful surprise: delicious jalebi and a complimentary car wash as a kind gesture.

Cleanliness need to be improved

The Owners's staff was was very cooperative and gave us a very good services. Owner himself was very polite and guided us with his suggestions. The room was very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and specious. Property itself was well guarded by cctv camera's and other essentials having good space for parking for vehicles at the same time. All together it was a very nice experience staying at this property and happily suggest it to the other's also .A very couple friendly property.

The owner is exceptional in customer service. He took care of every needs of us like arranging station pick up, heaters, tea, local sight seeing tips and many others. He is very open to feedback and one of the nicest persons, I have spoken to. It has 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms( 3 attached ), huge hall, dining hall and a kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It's very ideal for group of people. There is a full time care taker and CCTV for security. It is in a residential locality and is safe. You can park a bus inside. Ample parking space for at least 5 cars inside the compound.

The house is in a posh locality and newly renovated. It needs some refinement and I am sure Vikas is working on it. Refinement like: 1. Mosquito mesh on all windows 2. Cleaner kitchen and hall 3. Working water filter May not be ideal for just a couple but very ideal when you go in a big group of 8 to 10 people.

Good property, neat and clean. Staffs are cooperative. Bathroom has geyser, provided electric kettle and water purifier. But beds are bit harder. Owner is gentle and responded well.

Beds are bit harder. And roads are not wider, but no problem for car movement in one direction.
