Well appointed accommodation. The staff were excellent. Despite being short staffed those on duty were very pleasant and helpful. Convenience and ease of booking. Staff helpful and accommodating.

Location was perfect for us. Staff were helpful and polite in all interactions. Cute and unique decor, clean facilities and good location. Excellent location close to everything. Wonderful and friendly staff.

I’d say this place had insane value. I did the private room for about $20 USD/night. It’s located just outside the tam coc center, 5-10 minutes walking with a stunning view of the river especially at sunset. Right next to rice fields and a pool to swim in. Breakfast was probably the 2nd best I’ve had in Vietnam. Full buffet with western and Asian offerings. WiFi was pretty reliable throughout especially since I had to get on zoom calls. Room was very comfortable. Two beds, a nice shower, strong AC. And a beautiful balcony to sit at. Was also nice they have a cafe/bar/restaurant and small market on site too, if you don’t want to walk to town Laundry on site was nice too. Pretty reasonable at 40K/kilo vs town for 30K.

I found the staff to be rude or unhappy at times. I never really got warm friendly vibes from them. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or wanting us to feel welcome. The bicycles were my biggest issue. I’ve never been to a place that charges to use bicycles. $50K/day plus you have to leave a 100K deposit which is insane to me. Even more insane is you have to return the bike by 10pm. So if you want to go out at night you have to walk or something else. Lastly, many of the bikes need major tuning. Multiple people reported bikes being broken, chains falling off, pedals not working. Major safety issues. I got coffee a few times and a smoothie they were good but the rest of the food on the menu didn’t look very appetizing and it seemed overpriced compared to most other restaurants. It seems like the place might have low room fees but they make their money on everything else. Lastly, it’s a hostel so it would be nice if there were some organized activities, music playing more than a few hours at night, overall like I said more of a warm welcoming vibe. However again it’s hard to complain with the price per night and things like breakfast.
