The view 😍 I actually didn't eat in Queenstown I stayed here to eat, looking over the lake. The sunsets on the mountains opposite where stunning. Everything was clean and facilties were perfect for my needs. I'm not used to sharing with other guests but it was well organised and comfortable the guests were nice.

The only thing was not having a car it's a good walk up from the bus stop with bags, it's difficult. It's really only suitable if you have a car. The buses were ok, but with the lake path closed, the walk into Queenstown was not pleasant with the traffic. These are not issues with the accommodation I would like to stress.

The property was disgusting. We were mislead. We were shown three rooms which are the ones we thought we were getting when we booked however that wasn’t the case. We were shoved downstairs in a basement area where there were cobwebs from the ceiling hanging right ontop of the bed. Andy, who is the person we dealt with (as well as his “boss” Liliana, who was so disgustingly rude to the point where she hung the phone up in my mums face) had apologised for the smell and the webs on top of the bed. He also sent me an email saying room 4, however room 4 was not even advertised. There were no photos of that room on the website. We have a witness that can prove this aswell. The bed sheets were dirty, it smelt so bad and strong of mould and dust to the point where my asthma played up and I had to go to a chemist and buy antihistamine. We did not even stay there, we booked a hotel and stayed there for the rest of our trip. The owner of the property was also extremely rude. I am still waiting for my refund. Absolutely disgusting, never again.

Ruime kamer met eigen badkamer. Goed uitgeruste keuken en een fijnec woonkamer en tuin. Het uitzicht vanaf het huis op het meer en de bergen was geweldig!!

Alles was goed.

The view! It’s worth staying for the view! Also we were in bedroom 1- the bed was good and the top level view of the airport, lake and mountains was next level upstairs. Note this is shared accomodation! Not private. Not a motel. Very close to the heart of Queenstown.

The finishing touches are missing- artwork is cheap and there are no TV’s in bedrooms. One tv for the whole house- upside It does have Netflix! There’s nowhere to put your bathroom bags, the ceiling in the bedroom is vaulted and very low- also in ensuite. There are 4 bedrooms and only seating upstairs on couch/sofa for 4 people at a pinch. There are 5 Parking spaces for houses 10&12 (if someone double Parks the driveway), and the street is steep and the parking is crammed already. There is no AC and the house gets warm. There is no communication about when more guests are arriving. The curtains in the bedroom let a lot of light in. And the window in the tilted ensuite ‘ceiling’ faces the street- The house is at the very top of a big hill. There was only one lamp in the bedroom. I asked for a fresh tea towel And got fresh towels. There is only a dryer to dry clothes and the cleaner got me a drying rack from Next door.

Everything. Nice, clean, well equiped. Big kitchen and living room with amazing views. It’ s on the top of the hill so you have a great. view on the lake and mountains.
