"The swimming pool was so welcome."

Wonderfully quiet room despite being on the ground floor near Reception. Great size and big desk. Friendly bar staff! So glad of the swimming pool after an eleven hour flight, and shuttle back to the airport was efficient.

Nightmare waiting for hotel shuttle at Gate 4 Terminal 1 after very long flight: no signage or timescale and waited some 45 minutes without information.
