USRoom was big, nice TV.
This was an extended stay with a lot of " shady characters ". A car was actually up on blocks being worked on. Was told told most people live there. There was no coffee machine or hair dryer.

It was very quiet when I first got there and once the manager arrived and I got checked in she was very very nice and professional answer all my questions and concerns and just did an overall excellent job

Everything. All night there were people slamming doors, yelling and waking me up. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I was awakened at4:00AM and felt I just had to get out of there. I’ve NEVER felt so scared in a hotel before.
