PHLocation is very good, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, and close to restaurants as well. It also has ample parking space. The pool is clean, bedroom and bathroom is spacious.
The music can be a bit too loud and can be heard through the walls.
SGLocation was convenient for the beach.
The pictures of the room were misleading and in reality, the room was sparsely furnished with no proper hanging place for clothes. The bathroom was similarly disappointing as was the cold shower.

FIYou get really good service here. The room has well-functioning air conditioning and plenty of space. Toilet and shower clean. Breakfast and food really good. The hosts Jerome and Migui are really friendly and helpful. Everything that was asked was done. Absolutely great hosts. If you are looking for good service, choose them and Mosaic hotel.
