No engagement from all staff.. We traveled more than 150km single trip to their place only to get there and being handed only the keys.... We stayed for 3 days 2 nights but we didn't speak to anyone.. Even when we greet they don't respond well.
ZAThe pools were clean and the jumping castle was fun to jump. Cleaning services were available every day to clean your room. Everything was close in terms of shops.
The road is bad during raining season, there were no two pin plugs and the doom was finished. The wifi is encrypted and you constantly need to ask them for the password plus it doesn't reach some of the rooms 🙄 we had a fan in our room but you can't utilize it since there are no two pin plugs .
