Good location, decent breakfast and right on the beach

Blasting club music all day. I feel like the drum n bass they blast at the pool and restaurant should be for upstairs club and not the common family area. Was quite annoying to hear from my room all day and night and I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

Situated at station 3, 10 minutes to walk to D MALL. Everything is very colse. Good Italian and Japaneese restaurants are near. Bar works 24/7, sun beds are provided directly on White beach. Bar personell is very open and affable.

The breakfast might be better. The music in bar on weekends is a mix of eurodance, tech house and other kind of low quality electronic music w/o any concept. I consider it is due to the asian listeners tradition, but changing a music

The room and bathroom are dirty we found cockroach inside. The bedsheets look like it wasn’t washed.

Location. Not too senior citizen friendly. We had to walk few meters to get to the hotel.

The spa was wonderful! The room clean and well appointed. The staff was friendy and very professional.

Lack of privacy curtains, you either had to use the black out curtains or nothing. The lack of hand rails especially around the pool areas. This is NOT the place for anyone with mobility issues. The loud noise in the room from the music being played at night. The music played is often inappropriate for children. The breakfast buffet was only just OK. All three restaurants work from the same kitchen, while the food was good, there was little variety between the restaurants. They use an antiquated punch key door system and only give you one key. The key must be inserted in a box on the wall for the electricity to work. If you lose the key maintenance must come to make a new one and they charge a fee of 500 pesos to replace.

The location is great, staff were helpful.. breakfast has different varieries every day. The infinity pool on the top floor is amazing, the kids love it. Will definitely refer to our family and friends.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The location is a great spot, close to all activities, however not directly in the middle of the noise on beach walk. The view from the hotel was amazing. 24hr concierge was always helpful. The rooftop was our favourite, we were served an incredible selection of cocktails by Cavin. Who did not disappoint in his talent and his service was a 10/10, we felt very well taken care of in his service.

We had no elevator available from ground floor to our room on level 3. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs with luggage wasn't ideal. Access to the resort is via a 5minute beach walk, across sand. Which wasn't great for our luggage, the wheels are still jammed with sand.
