"Perfect accommodation in Tulum"

I liked everything! It's very nicely furnished, clean, safe, comfortable... The owner is attentive and fast to reply to any questions. The pool and gym at the roof are a nice addition.

It was set in a quiet neighbourhood, but within distance of conveniences. Kitchen was stocked adequately to allow us to make breakfasts and snacks. Rooftop area with pool was clean and kept that way. Reception staff and guests were pleasant and no trouble parking out the front of the building. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

The bed was uncomfortable but the owner has now replaced the mattress (immediately after our stay) We are not used to buying ice from the store (as it creates more plastic waste) so purchase of an ice cube tray would be a great addition. As those are my only critiques that goes a long way to say the place was impeccable!

The accommodation is very modern, well equipped and clean - just like in the pictures! Pati is very communicative and helpful. Great place, just rent a bike and go the beach! :)
