Great location, great hosts and great facilities for us and our dog. Quiet location, good local dog walks, pub next door and fantastic restaurant a short car journey away recommended by the hosts - Bottle & Glass. Food was lovely and the service was amazing. Great day out in Lincoln, walking up and down Steep Hill - we even saw the red arrows on a practice flight.

Lovely comfortable flat with plenty of room and great space for a dog. Check in was easy, parking convenient and our hosts were really nice and friendly. Pub next door and a close local park for an easy dog walk were really convenient. I would thouroughly recommend as a base for exploring Lincolnshire.

Very clean and tidy, very quiet, ideal for if you’re looking for a relaxing environment. Indeed the EV charging station is a great bonus, hassle free for EV owners. Joanne and Rob were very friendly and lovely people.

Maybe add an electric or gaz stove / cooker.
