Beachside stay at Villa ViYarte

Highly recommend staying here for a longer duration. It was close enough to several beaches, either by walking or easy shuttles, but was also quiet and secluded. The location itself, as well as the spaces within the hotel, are beautiful and set up with a lot of intention. The owner was friendly, informative and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you're trying to surf, explore or if you want sunrise yoga and to reconnect quietly. You are close to several restaurants as well as on location kitchen who are extremely accommodating.

Lovely place with a perfect mix of traditional Nicaraguan sensitivities and a little bit of new-agey woo woo, but in a good way, not a cheesy way.

The beach was a haven of tranquility and beauty, offering the ideal setting for relaxation and adventure alike. Whether we were soaking up the sun, exploring the shoreline, or simply enjoying the stunning sunset views, every moment spent on the beach was magical. Villa Viyarte is a gem in San Juan del Sur, and my family left with cherished memories and a longing to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat!

This accommodation looked like a castle from a fairy tale. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Nice clean rooms, terrace with a beautiful view. The pool is also a big plus, although I didn't have time to take a bath because I was exploring the surroundings and the ocean. It's a bit further from San Juan del sur, but the very helpful and friendly Alvaro drove me to town and back. A short walk away is a beautiful quiet beach with a great bar and food.

I really have nothing to complain about. Maybe it's just that it's a bit more expensive by local standards, but it was worth it.
