Excellent location, spacious accommodation and our host Rafael was incredibly helpful. Late checkout was appreciated.

Very small point. A sharp knife would be useful in the kitchen.

Apartment in a old house in a very quiet area with practically no road or other traffic, but only a few steps from tons of restaurants and bus stops. In foot distance from the ferry port and the city center.

Just a suggestion: Instead of furnishing 3 different phone numbers it might be a good idea to mention that there is no reception, but a key box. The owner sent the information about how to enter as a message via booking about 12 hrs ahead when we were on high sea an didn't have any wifi connection,

The location is great. A very short walk gets you to the heart of downtown with restaurants, grocery stores, etc . . . The owner is also very responsive to make sure everything is going well. I stayed six days and would pick it again if I go back.

Very comfortable and convenient for a family, well equipped. The location is perfect in the city centre, if you are going with the car at the beginning is difficult to find the place and parking (busy area), but thanks to the host we managed to do it great! Good communication and easy check in and check out .

Spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine with plenty of pods, quiet and peaceful, good air flow, washing machine a bonus. Central location. Great communication with the owner, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and appreciated the bottle of local wine he left for us.

Lack of a view onto lovely Ancona

The property was super clean. Great instructions were left for us to sign in and host was so accommodating for anything we needed. Was also so central to bars, restaurants and shops and a quick 20min walk to the beach. Highly recommend
