Sink faucet in bathroom is loose. There was hair in the tub. Suggestion for kitchen: cookie sheet or pizza pan and maybe a baking dish.

Walking distance yo all shopping and restaurants.

Great Location and very clean

After I left the owner send me some pictures of broken this saying that I did! And I notice a napkin at one of them that we didn’t even have! We left the place just like we found and I felt he was trying to take advantage of it.

Fabulous location. Shops and restaurants were all a very short walking distance. The apartment was very good value for money and very spacious. It's very relaxing compared to a hotel room in many aspects in terms of space and amenities provided. The place had many items that made it a very comfortable stay such as a washer and dryer, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer etc. Internet connection was good, the shower was strong, and there's several spaces to work. The apartment overlooks the retail pavement below and is very pretty at night with all the lights lit up. It's also a stone's throw to Whole Foods if you're not in the mood to eat in a restaurant and prefer to pick or cook your own meals. There are various touches throughout the apartment, which made it homely and a pleasant experience.

There are a few cons that are not necessarily applicable to all people. However, I'd like to highlight this for the next guest to be aware of: 1) No kettle. I like to make a cuppa, so it was a bit of a hassle using a pot to do so. That said, the lovely host has informed me that she would get one in, so this might be already sorted for the next person 2) Please be aware that larger Amazon purchases will be delivered to a locker, which is not located within the same building. The host, unfortunately, wasn't aware of this, so I had to help figure this out myself. This was a learning curve for the host at my expense, but it might not be for the next guest, though. 3) While the location is great, better direction for non-residents would greatly help as the Uber driver didn't know where to drop me off, and I ended up a bit lost on the pavement. Luckily, the host was very responsive and personally came down to fetch me and took me to the apartment. The intuitive host noted this, and so this might not be an issue in the future. For future guests, there is a walkway next to Madewell that leads you to the apartment, which is located above one of the retail shops. 4) While it didn't bother me too much, please be aware that there is street noise up until midnight. The noise levels drop down thereafter.

the location was as expected.

sheets for the second bed weren't clean. they were actually in the washing machine, with the machine not started. the process for finding and getting in the apartment were complicated. While the host can't change the process, some warning that there is a 'correct' elevator to find and ride would have been useful. we also should have been told what elevator level the apartment was on. Also, I specifically asked about the fitness center. the host stated that there was one available. However, the code provided did not work. Finally, it is clear that there are frequently pets in the location. to be clear, nothing smelled, we saw NO stains, but there was a cat bed and cat hair in a few places. Unfortunately, we are very allergic to cats.

location can't be beat. everything you need in walking distance. property owners responsive and accommodating!

The apartment was a 10 in terms of the Domain location - on the parking floor level, which was a reserved area with easy in & out access. It was front facing a Domain Street with no balcony - the noise didn't bother us at all - also had a very comfy community terrace. Location provide elevator access to plenty walking choices of restaurants such as North Italy right in front, Sixty Vines, True Food Kitchen, Maggiano's, etc plus vast shopping and entertainments. It was very clean, well equipped and our host was very accessible and considered. I hope to return in the near future because is close by to our daughter's.

The place is traditional decorated and needs some minimal TLC due to normal use and tearing: loose bathroom sink faucet, in the bathtub there is an accessory with tape that needs replacing, old stove and TV - but they all worked. A mixing bowl, oven dish and wine opener will be nice to have. Upon check out we forgot to take out the car permit from the rental vehicle and suggested the host to send a courtesy reminder prior check out to avoid this situations. BUT nothing was major.
