"Convenience and comfort best breakfast"

This property is absolutely beautiful really a short walk to Lucca the wall city!! Right behind the supermarket really convenient for snacks!!! The property is spotless the rooms are clean and large with high ceilings. The bathroom is spotless and breakfast is plentiful and very very good. Coffee and tea anytime !!! Samantha is great super knowledgeable about everything Lucca !!! definitely hope to come back soon !!! 10 out of 10 thank you very much

Great communication from the owner, very kind in person, good breakfast, easy access and parking, possibility to sit outside the house and eat there.

The bed was unusual, I had a good night sleep but i had to get used to it how it was wobbly (some spring bed, can't explain)

Lovely, friendly staff, spacious comfortable room, short walk to Lucca and its wonderful atmosphère. Good coffee at breakfast

Our bathroom, although private to us was separate from the bedroom and off the main downstairs corridor. Limited space for guests present around the breakfast table.
