"Excellent place, new and great space and food!"

Spacious rooms, away from the city, quick access to hiway, car parking, friendly staff. Satish, the manager, was super supportive for certain requests we had that he honoured with a smiling face. There are two restaurants on ground floor and both serve great food.

"Really bad customer service for the high prices they charge"

New look

Mismanagement and unorganized handling of services. Do not care about customer experience. Had a lousy experience with the stay. A simple cab arrangement cannot be handled properly by the management. “The cab will be here in 5 minutes” kind of promise from the manager went on for almost an hour leaving us all desperate. When you are in a group with elders and kids these things matter a lot.
