"Host canceled last minute - left us stranded"

Absolutely nothing. Host canceled our stay on the day at around 6:30pm. We were an hour drive away when we got the message. Host stated that there was an issue at the property (group of 4). Host also requested payment before we even arrived as an ‘advanced’ payment. Host didnt bother to help us find a replacement and only said they would give us a refund and asked us not to put a bad review. We obviously were not from india and struggled to find a new place to find so last minute as a lot of hotels were fully booked at that time. It was so disappointing and the host showed absolutely no empathy for the situation she put us in. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT book here. Host also stated that the caretaker didnt even speak english so if english is your main language and you dont speak or bring anyone who speaks hindi. Good luck to you. Will never be booking here again.

Nice Space for a family it's really a homestay. clean rooms with super clean washrooms. Nice views from the home. Pankaj the caretaker was really and nice and cooked tasty food for us on a very short notice. Will come back again.
