Great place to spend some days. Beautifully renovated and elegant standalone house, really quiet, with no neighbors around. You can see all the trees and birds right from your bed :) Walking distance to the beach and main shops. Super host :)

Rooms are rather small, but cozy.

"Lovely and quiet stay!"

We had a quiet and relaxing stay at Adi Shakti. The room was nice, with trees directly outside the window. We had great breakfast and the spacious terrace on the roof is good for a chillout. With the owners you can have little chats, very nice and caring people. The cat which they have is just lovely ;)

"Wonderful stay"

Adi Shakti is a lovely peaceful place to stay in Querim. The location is beautiful, near the beach and estuary. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and breakfast is delicious. Most of all the hosts are welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend staying here!

I loved the aesthetics and the greenery surrounding the property. The effort that went into making this place feel beautiful is evident in the small but important details. The owners are absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to make my stay as easy as possible. The bed was comfortable (important in India!) and as far as I’ve seen this place is the absolute best place you could find to stay in Querim. Hot water is instant and the breakfasts were lovely, particularly the coffee - coffee lovers take note! I felt like I’d landed amongst friends.

The mozzies were an issue for me (obviously not the fault of the place), but I was provided with some spray which worked. Perhaps in time screens may be added to the windows, however it could detract from beauty of being close to nature which feels important here. I would have loved some a/c too - I’m a little soft when it comes to the heat these days as I grow older!
