Steep steps to the bedroom. Sofa bed not very comfy at all.

Location was perfect and so central. Beautiful apartment which had everything we needed! Loved the added extra of not having to worry about parking. Barmouth beach has beautiful sunsets which we loved! Owners were lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for a more lovely few days away!

The stairs to the bedroom are very steep, so be aware of this before booking (we were aware and just took it slowly). We are aware there is nothing the owners can do about this and it didn’t disrupt our stay. Did find the bed and sofa uncomfortable but could have been due to me being 30 weeks pregnant, and finding most things uncomfortable now!

Very clean and in excellent order with a lovely bathroom, well equipped kitchen and spacious modern lounge. Great views over the town to the beach. Nice Entertainment provision and ample seating. Very comfortable bed.

The stairs (ladder) to the main bedroom and lack of headroom were challenging for us as we are no spring chickens; getting to the loo in the night was a bit of a mission. I appreciate this was in the description, but it does require serious consideration if you are thinking of booking this property.

The sofa in the living room was very comfy and the streaming services on the tv were convenient when compared to other places, The bathroom and toilet were clean and modern.

Though it’s understandable those stairs to the bedroom seem daunting but it is safe to go while holding the rail but me and my girlfriend both have carpet burn because how steep they are. I also feel like there should be a lock on the front door as most customers don’t know who has access to the codes, wasn’t like we felt unsafe but more of a privacy thing.

Great apartment with views of the sea in the background. Good location near to trains and buses with shops on the doorstep.

Well equipped full kitchen. Quirky views over the town. Cosy bedroom.

Limited headroom over the bed on one side but manageable. Stairs up to the loft bedroom quite steep; it was safer to descend backwards.

Loved the position in Barmouth. Liked the decor. Bed was comfy. Facilities were good. Parking pass was really useful. Loved the feel of the place.
