Przice Gardens Apartment with Pool

The view is wonderful was great to sit on the balcony. The apartment was very clean. Excellent air conditioning. It had a washing machine. Kitchen had a hob dishwasher, pod coffee machine. kettle and fridge with a small freezer compartment. The pool was beautiful with loungers and towels out on the terrace. You do need a car to get around or will need taxis as it’s quite a way to walk into Kotor. If you have a car I recommend the Lustica peninsula which is beautiful and authentic and very easy to get to from the apartment.

Very modern and nice apartment! Big balcony with a lovely view over the garden/pool and surroundings. We were there mid May and enjoyed the pool. Located in a quiet area but not far from Kotor (by car). We would stay here again!

The bathroom was a little small. An extra pan to use in the kitchen was something we missed.

1. Best ever place!!!! That’s absolutely wow effect villa. Here is everything thought out to the smallest detail. Perfect cleanliness, attention to all interior details, which makes this villa a real paradise for tourists. We visited a lot of places and this is number one on our list, frankly we did not expect such a high level. The owners of the villa live on the first two floors and rent three separate rooms on the third floor. Three not big but absolutely nice studio rooms with small kitchen and bathroom each. 3. This place is located in a very comfortable part of the city, it is very easy to get to it from the airport and you will not be stuck in traffic jams. A large supermarket and restaurant is within a 5-minute drive from the villa. The place is very unique. 4. All the furniture, beddings and towels are super clean and fresh 5. Big infinity swimming pool with unbelievable view 6. Good WI-FI

The water in the swimming pool may seem cold if the weather is not hot. Better to have an option to make it warmer if needed

it’s a beautiful location and beautiful studio and very clean. but in my opinion it is too expensive for what you get. it is just a studio, the pool is NOT heated, and no extra amenities like extra toilet paper or extra garbage bags..

the pool was not heated. this was our reason to book this studio, so this was a little dissapointjng.

The keys were left in the apartment door.

The property was difficult to find and there is no effective support on site. The pool is described as private, so it was disappointing to find that it is shared by 3 apartments and overlooked by the family living on the ground floor of the property.

Very nice apartment with a great view. The pool is lovely and it is really a place to enjoy. Checking in was very easy. The owner helped us to register us with the city of Kotor. It is a very short drive from both Tivat en Kotor.

Some fixtures were not connected and looked therefore a bit unfinished. Apart from that, the apartment was great to stay at!
