Spring Special CBD Free Parking

This apartment is in an absolutely amazing location, you can walk easily (88yr old mum managed, unaided) to the main attractions in town, shopping, Cathedral, Riverside, newly opened Stadium all less than 5 minutes. The parking space is easy to access, immediately in front as you drive into the complex, either unpack the car from there, or like us, as it was heavy rain, drive right up to the apartment door unpack then park. This is a quiet complex and although there's some traffic noise it was minimal. The kitchen was pristine and stocked with essentials. Good eating space. We didn't watch TV but it is a comfortable area with adequate seating. Washing machine, clothes airer all handy.

The only downside to the comfortable beds was, only one "type" of pillow available, which we found too high and not to our preference.

Great location near the new stadium and also very much walking distance to the shops and restaurants in the middle of the city. Lovely modern unit with great furnishings.

There is a lot of light that comes into the main bedroom around the edges of the blind from a streetlight. Bring an eye mask if that might bother you.

Accessing the place was a palaver - lock box was jammed and someone was in the carpark. A cold reception from the property manager. Fixed easily enough once she came to site but not a smooth process. There were rehearsals and soundchecks at the stadium until about 9pm at night which meant is was hard for the kids to get to sleep. Master bed was uncomfortable.

Everything, location and the free parking. The unit was exceptionally clean, could not fault it. Will definitely be recommending to our friends
