Spring Special CBD Free Parking

No iron or ironing board. Confused instructions about access and keys.

Excellent location, great parking and the property was lovely. Wonderful to be able to walk around Christchurch from here.

I did find the bed (queen) quite hard.

Great location, great seperate areas/bedrooms for kids and noise.

It was very un-clean. I had to vacuum and mop myself.

Nice clean apartments close to centre of town.

Needed a rubbish bin in the bathroom, we stayed on a very hot weekend and could do with aircon or something upstairs as heat rises so was very hot upstairs in bedrooms/bathroom.

A lovely place in a great location. Good suggestions on local eateries.

The air conditioning covers the ground floor, so the bedrooms were very hot.

The property is well located near the CBD. Has decent amenities, and the dedicated parking space is great.

Host is slow to repond to messages, in fact, she usually takes a couple of hours to respond. Host did not try to rectify our wifi problem. The issue was password was not accepted, and I was instructed by the host to restart the modem. And when that didn't work, there was no more follow up. Honestly, I feel she should have come down or send someone down to troubleshoot the issue. In the end we had not wifi throughout our stay. There is only 1 rubbish bin across 2 floors. And as we were expected to clear the trash when we check out, we had to run up and down between the floors to consolidate trash into the 1 bin which is located downstairs. Instructions on location of house keys should be better. It is not clear where the front or the back door is for first timers to the property. Our taxi dropped us at the street side which we did not realized was actually the back door. I looked high and low for the key for sometime and luckily the neighbor was about to leave and guided us to the entrance on the other side of the building where the key was actually located. (I later stayed at a different unit from the same property and the instruction was clear as day and night regarding this, so clearly this is an issue of customer support).

Master bed was little uncomfortable but overall it was a great stay
