Studio apartman koji je dosta u upotrebi i lose ociscen. Po coskovima, narocito u kupatilu, nije sedmicama ocisceno. Lokacija predgradje Splita. Stambena cetvrt. Parking moguce naci ker je van sezone. U sezoni ce biti upitno. Vlasnik, extremno neljubazan i bezobrazan. Vazan mu je samo njegov interes. Osijecajvrlo ruzan. Narusava ugled tradicionalno gostoprimljivih dalmatinaca.
