Luxury Georgian Escape, Central

The location of this apartment is great, so close to everything. The view from the sitting room is lovely, with far reaching views of green hills and bath rooftops. The host was responsive when the hairdryer broke during our stay and a new one was provided almost immediately, also the flat didn't have a clothes airer however upon request this was provided very quickly and much appreciated. We were also afforded a later checkout which helped us out considerably as our next check in was later in the day, again this was very much appreciated.

The name of this apartment is 'Luxury Georgian Escape'. Several elements of our stay did not reflect the 'luxury' title: Upon arrival we noticed the pillows were stained and the mattress cover was stained. The sheets and pillowcases were grey 100% nylon (Amazon basics) - not the quality white cotton ones that are shown in the photos on booking.com. The toilet has brown stains below the waterline - looks like limescale that hasn't been addressed. There were holes in the wall (both in the bedroom and kitchen) where it looks like the door knob has breached the plasterboard and not been repaired. The pink chair in the living room has two legs bent and the chair frame is unstable.

Beautiful apartment, very comfortable and clean in an excellent location.

Great location, only 20 min walk from station, and easy to find.

We had a lot of traffic noise 24/7 and noisy people at parties or late night venues on streets above and below us despite being a mid week stay

location. bright space, clean, spacious for two, sparkling clean appliances, great water pressure and hot water in shower, easy communication with host.

lack of towels ( only 2), bit of road and bar noise at night.
