Nice hotel, nice location, full hotel neat and clean Big size rooms. Nice and tidy friendly staff and a wonderful stay at a very good price. Value for money. Good property to stay. Toilets were clean.

The staff and services were also kind & polite. Clean and simple. Overall everything was perfect. The stay was perfect at the price. I booked a family room and the room was so well maintained with attached clean bathroom

Paid 3700 per night - No Wi Fi - Asked Front Desk to rectify Wi Fi issue but they never did - They give Paratha but no Curd we have to buy separate - Just Pathetic - Front desk ladies were arrogant

The hospitality of Mansoor, Rajesh and Pinto was amazing. They were very prompt and active. They cane as soon as we called them and very courteous. If it were for them I would definitely go back to the hotel again.

The cleanliness was pathetic. The room had spider webs and I think it wasn’t used for ages and as if the room was not used for ages. Secondly there was no complimentary water for us to drink in the room. And later water was sent but there was no intimidation that the water was chargeable and later while checking out they told us that the water was chargeable. The staff at the reception Mr Sourabh was not so friendly and courteous or hospitable…there was a lot communication gap. For every little thing like toiletries and towel they had to be intimidated whereas common sense would be to give two towels if two people are sharing a room. Basic things like coffee kettle was also not provided till we told them a number of times. I hav taken pics of the spider webs incase I can share some pics.
