Zest Eco Villa Montana Lonavala

Property is in gated community. Safety is good.

It is an old property. It has a very tiny swimming pool. One can’t swim in that small pool. Also, each floor has one bedroom and top floor has 2 bedrooms. But there is no lift. I mean lift is not functional. When asked they mentioned that lift was never functional since they took over. It is not a good option for families with parents and kids.

It was an amazing villa with such a great location. The caretaker was really helpful with all the things, we will definitely visit again 😁

Only if the guy would be lil more cooperative and do things without expectation of money always it would be great.

There was additional charge for BBQ and using the kitchen.

One of the best villa we have stayed in. It is a spacious and absolutely beautiful villa. All rooms are neat & clean , caretaker is also good.

Geysers not working Lights would trip Leaking in most of rooms No back up at all

The location was very good.

Very badly maintained. The rooms are spacious but poorly furnished with stained mirrors. Low water pressure in the bathrooms. Geysers not working, so no hot water. Bed linens too dirty. Window knobs were in poor condition coz of which it was not possible to lock them. The pipe of the water filter in the kitchen automatically broke in the night because of which the first floor and ground floor was flooded. When we got out of the room in the morning there was water all around the kitchen and hall. The caretaker took more than 2 hours to come and cleanup the mess. When asked for a refund to compensate for the discomfort faced by us, they simply put the blame in us that we might have kept the tap open. Whereas we didn’t even use the filter as we had brought mineral water bottles for ourselves.
